This free, one-night-only event brings together a powerhouse lineup of financial experts and law enforcement to expose how scams really happen—and how you can stop them. Whether it’s a phone call, email, or social media message, fraud is evolving fast. “Fraud Defense” arms attendees with real-world tools to fight back.

What You’ll Experience:

  • True scam stories that happened right here in Northeast Wisconsin and the U.P.
  • Live speaker panels featuring local police, fraud investigators, and banking professionals
  • Hands-on resources from trusted organizations to take home
  • Free refreshments and networking with your community

Meet This Year’s Emcee: Erin Davisson

Erin Davisson is a Wisconsin native and retired TV anchor now living in Wausaukee with her husband Mike. She spent nearly forty years as a television and radio broadcaster, working in Green Bay for 32 years as the main anchor of WFRV-TV, Channel Five. Over the course of her career, she's won numerous awards, and was most recently named a Local Broadcast Legend by the Wisconsin Broadcast Association. While covering news events in Northeast Wisconsin, she’s seen the devastation and loss suffered by victims of crime, and is excited to be part of this event educating people on how to stay safe from internet and telephone scams.
